Ordering Your Website
I dont understand the questions on the questionnaire, please can you help me?
If there is anything on the questionnaire that you are unsure of, please do not hesitate to contact us on admin@newportwebdesign.co.uk, where a member of our customer service team will be glad to help. Leave you name and telephone number, and one of our advisors will contact you shortly.
I cant seem to download the questionnaire, what should I do?
If you are having trouble downloading the questionnaire, please contact us and we will either email, or post this out to you.
I've made a mistake when filling out my questionnaire, how can I amend this?
If you have made any errors whilst filling out the questionnaire it isn't a problem, please contact us on so we can change this straight away.
How do I know if you have received my order and the questionnaire?
As soon as your order is emailed to us, you will receive a notification email to let you know we have received it. If you dont receive this within 2 hours of placing an order please phone us on.
What if I dont like my finished website?
You will be asked to approve your website when we have completed this, so we know you are happy with it. If your not happy with it just let us know and we will change it for you.
Making Changes To Your Website
How often can I make changes to my website?
You can amend your website as many times as you like within the first month of purchasing. Changes after this will incur a small admin charge which will be agreed upon changing. You need to contact us at admin@newportwebdesign.co.uk to make changes.
Can I add new images to my website?
Yes, any new images can be added, these will need to be emailed to us. This is free for the first month, after this there will be an admin charge. Contact us at admin@newportwebdesign.co.uk and we will advise you of the cost.
Lead Times
How long will it take for my website to be complete?
We ask you to give us 10 working days for all websites. This is just to cover for busy periods. Your website will usually be completed within that time as long as we have all the information required.
How long does it take to make changes to my website?
To make changes to your website it should take no longer than 48 hours as long as we have the information on the changes you would like to make.
